"Just a great spot for a group dinner"
Went here with a group of friends and it was just really easy to get seated together. The food came out quick, and everyone found something they liked. It’s just a good go-to place when nobody can decide where to eat.

I had to wait quite a while to get a table, and then there was another long wait for the food to arrive. The staff were friendly and polite, which I appreciated, but it’s probably not the best spot if you’re in a hurry.

"Pretty Average Overall"
the burger was fine and the fries were good, but nothing really wowed me. My food came out a little cold too, which was kind of disappointing. Not a bad meal, just felt average for the price...

"Really helpful with my food allergies"
I went to Islands with my family and was a little nervous because I have issues with dairy, but everyone made me feel comfortable right away.

The only slightly frustrating part was that I still had to ask a bunch of questions and double-check a few things, which always makes eating out feel a little awkward.

But our server was really patient, checked with the kitchen, and helped me swap a few items without acting like it was a hassle. I ended up getting a burger in a lettuce wrap and it was really good. It was just nice to enjoy a meal without feeling annoying, so 5 stars from me...

"Good about my allergy, but I stayed cautious"
They did check the ingredients for me, which I appreciated, but I still had to remind the server twice about my allergy. After I paid, I felt a little unsure and kept second-guessing whether everything had really been taken seriously. It turned out okay, but I’d definitely double check if you have allergies.

"Rewards actually came in handy"
I signed up for the Islands rewards thing mostly because I figured I might as well get some free stuff if I’m already eating there. It was straightforward, and my points showed up after my visit faster than I expected.
On my next meal, I had a reward to use and the server applied it without making it a whole thing. Nothing super life-changing, but it was easy and actually useful, so I’ll probably keep using it...

"Checkout worked, but the process was frustrating"
The payment did go through in the end, but it took longer than I expected. What annoyed me most was that it wasn’t really clear what was happening while I was waiting, so I wasn’t sure if the checkout was stuck or still processing

"Plenty of Good Options"
Went to Islands with my family and I was surprised by how much they had on the menu. I was expecting just burgers, but they had tacos, salads, chicken, fries, and some lighter options too. My kids found something they liked right away, which almost never happens, so that was a win. I kind of went with my gut on what to order and I’m glad I did because everything tasted really good. Definitely not just another basic burger spot. We’d go back again.

"Pretty Comfortable Spot"
The tables were wiped down, the floors clean looked, and the bathroom didn’t have any weird smell, which I appreciated. eating here felt comfortable to me.

"Easy parking, but I got a little uneasy after paying"
Went to Islands with my family the parking was a nice surprise before we even ate lol. There were plenty of spots, so we didn’t have to do that annoying circle-the-lot thing forever like at some other places. Getting in and out was super easy too, which definitely makes dinner feel less stressful. The only thing is, after paying I felt a little unsure and kept wondering if everything went through right, since I didn’t totally trust the process at first. Other than that, parking was really convenient.

We’ve been to Islands quite a few times, and to be fair, they’re consistent in the best way. The food is always good, the staff has been friendly, and we’ve never really had any major issues. It’s one of those places where you kind of know what to expect, and they usually deliver...

I thought the portions were decent for what I paid. Not like, overflowing or anything, though they were still more than enough. The fries were actually a lot, which was a nice surprise. I left full and happy overall.

"Good Deal and an Easy Dinner"
I used one of the Islands Restaurants promos the other night, why not save a few bucks if it’s that easy? It knocked a nice amount off our bill with no hassle at all. I just showed it, they applied the discount, and that was it. The food was solid too, our burgers came out hot and tasted great. Would I go back when they’ve got another deal running? Definitely.

"Such a chill dinner spot"
Went to Islands with my family the vibe was great. It felt relaxed as soon as we sat down, not too loud, but still fun enough to feel like you’re out somewhere lively. The beachy decor is cute and kind of makes it feel like a little mini vacation, which is ridiculous in the best way. The booths were comfy, everything looked clean, and the staff seemed genuinely happy to be there. Just an easy place to hang out, talk, and enjoy dinner. 5 stars from me.

"Ordering worked, but the site was a pain"
I managed to get my order in, so I guess that part worked, but the whole process was kinda annoying. The menu pages loaded slow as hell, and checkout felt way more confusing than it needed to be, like some dumb little maze. The food was fine, no real complaints there, but the website seriously needs to get its crap together.
